Key duties include coordinating parent-teacher communications, preparing reports and attendance logs, assisting with admissions and enrollment activities, organizing materials for meetings, and supporting campus operations, events, and inventory management. You will also assist with creating information packets and newsletters, ensuring timely distribution to families.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations for the school\'s programs and offices, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate calendars and scheduling for staff, teachers, families, and student activities, and arrange meetings and events as needed.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy; maintain a positive front-desk presence.
- Prepare and maintain confidential records, student rosters, enrollment forms, attendance logs, and other essential documentation.
- Support admissions, enrollment processes, newsletters, and communications with families and stakeholders.
- Assist with campus events, materials preparation, and inventory management, including procurement and vendor coordination.
- Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and file organization to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to streamline operations and improve the student experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary studies or administrative certification preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in education or service-oriented settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to liaise effectively with parents, students, and staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with student information systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
