Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage official correspondences, reports, and administrative documents accurately.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of essential records.
- Coordinate office logistics, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel as necessary.
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory logs.
- Provide frontline support to internal staff and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Support the team in data entry tasks and database management for statistical operations.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and logistical support for agency-wide activities.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least two years of college studies or equivalent vocational training.
- Relevant work experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Eligibility under Civil Service Commission (CSC) standards for government service.
