Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including mail, phone, and visitor coordination to ensure a professional environment.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, correspondence, and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Maintain and organize office records, filing systems, and databases for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing requisitions and tracking orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries promptly.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and proofreading.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) Eligibility (Licensure or Career Service Professional) is highly required for this level.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
