Join People Profilers as an Administrative Assistant where you will play a pivotal role in supporting loan submissions, tracking approvals, and coordinating documentation with banks and the sales team. Your day-to-day will include processing loan submissions, verifying required documents, and ensuring timely signatures and disbursements. You will work closely with relationship managers, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, comply with process standards, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

- Process loan submissions and verify required documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Track loan approvals and statuses in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Coordinate document collection and submission with banks, lenders, and sales teams.
- Ensure all necessary signatures, approvals, and compliance checks are obtained in a timely manner.
- Assist with disbursement processing and post-approval administration.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for loan records and correspondence.
- Provide proactive communication to clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deadlines.
- Support general administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience; financial or banking experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM; strong data-entry skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English; customer-service oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with bank partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable with learning new tools.
