In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Healthcare Solutions Team (HST), contributing to the development of comprehensive proposals for medicines, medical supplies, and related healthcare products.

Responsibilities
- Assist the HST team in developing and preparing proposals for medicines and medical supplies
- Organize and compile proposal documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and resources
- Maintain project files and records in an organized, easily accessible manner
- Support scheduling and coordination of project-related activities and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and product information
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (1-2 years minimum)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with proposal development or procurement documentation is a plus
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
