Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and parcels
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organize documents both digitally and physically
- Provide administrative support to team members and assist with calendar management
- Handle phone enquiries professionally and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Process purchase orders and manage office supply inventory
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and internal events as required
- Assist with data entry and maintain updated records in company databases
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or office support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Available to work immediately or within short notice
