Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute day-to-day administrative and office operational tasks to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and confidential documents with high accuracy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) and manage office records.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Qualifications
