You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical operations and administrative excellence. From coordinating vendor maintenance schedules to maintaining rigorous documentation for safety audits, your contributions will directly support our clinicians in delivering safe and high-quality patient care across our network of hospitals and clinics. We are looking for an organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong commitment to operational excellence.

  • Maintain and update the BME asset inventory database to ensure 100% accuracy in equipment tracking.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and procurement of spare parts.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for regulatory compliance, safety audits, and quality control reporting.
  • Monitor equipment performance metrics and provide administrative support for incident tracking and resolution.
  • Assist in the procurement process, including generating purchase requisitions and tracking departmental budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clinical departments and the technical engineering team to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably within a healthcare or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and asset management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
