Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-office operations, including call handling and visitor coordination.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for company documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal correspondence.
- Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, and office events.
- Procure and manage office supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Support the finance team with basic data entry and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
