Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems, including sensitive corporate documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and office inquiries.
- Support HR and Finance departments with payroll preparation, bookkeeping tasks, and employee record maintenance.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Monitor office supply inventory and handle procurement processes to prevent operational disruptions.
- Prepare regular administrative reports and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure office equipment and infrastructure are properly maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an Admin Officer, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting procedures.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
