Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement and purchasing activities for office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, receipts, and related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on supply usage and expenditure.
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant government regulations.
- Liaise with internal departments to anticipate and fulfill supply needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, procurement, or inventory roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
