Responsibilities
- Manage office communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for department heads
- Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical documents
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientations
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and official communications
- Support procurement processes and inventory management of office supplies
- Act as primary liaison between departments for administrative matters
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
