Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document maintenance
- Handle data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics
- Assist in onboarding new employees and training programs
- Support procurement processes and inventory management
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying and scanning
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
