The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of affiliate activities, ensuring that our partners have the resources they need to succeed while maintaining our brand's integrity across all digital channels. Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential influencers and affiliate partners across various social platforms.
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to final performance tracking.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and promotional materials tailored for affiliate use.
- Monitor and analyze daily affiliate performance metrics to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with the internal content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all affiliate promotions.
- Manage the affiliate database and ensure all administrative tracking and payments are processed accurately.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports on campaign progress and affiliate growth trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience using affiliate tracking software or Google Analytics.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the latest digital marketing trends.
- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly preferred.
