Responsibilities
- Manage and process administrative documents, including filing, scanning, and archiving, to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain various databases and spreadsheets for operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, managing calendars effectively.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Provide general office support, including managing office supplies inventory and basic facility requests.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist in the preparation of basic reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Maintain a highly organized and efficient workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or GCE 'O' Level qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in an administrative support role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
