Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily flight ground operations to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including check-in assistance, gate operations, and boarding processes.
- Liaise effectively with ground handling crews, air traffic control, and cabin crews to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle passenger inquiries, flight rescheduling, and resolve operational issues or disruptions with professionalism.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety and security compliance according to airline and international aviation regulations.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate logs of daily flight activities.
- Assist in the management of aircraft schedules and apron coordination during turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Aviation, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is highly preferred and will be a key selection factor.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in airport operations, ground handling, or the airline industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in computer software and airport management systems (DCS).
