In this critical role, you will be the architect of our client's success, driving growth through strategic PPC campaigns across the Amazon and Google ecosystems. You will own the entire paid media funnel—from keyword research and ad copywriting to advanced bid management and comprehensive performance analysis. Your expertise will directly contribute to achieving aggressive sales targets and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) to achieve client KPIs.
- Manage daily campaign operations including budgeting, bid adjustments, keyword harvesting, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Analyze complex campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and allocate budgets effectively across channels.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and market gaps.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to specific audiences.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by continuously testing new features, ad formats, and best practices within the Amazon and Google advertising platforms.
- Manage and oversee a substantial monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient pacing and optimal allocation of spend.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing both Amazon Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with a strong preference for agency or high-volume e-commerce experience.
- Proven track record of driving incremental sales and maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) through strategic campaign optimizations.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate data-driven insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Google Ads Certification and Amazon Advertising Certification are highly preferred and considered a strong asset.
- Strong experience with third-party bidding and optimization tools (e.g., Optmyzr, AdEspresso, Helium 10, Pacvue) is a distinct advantage.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote/WFH setup while maintaining excellent productivity and collaborative engagement.
