You will be responsible for translating complex business objectives into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and industry partners. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aligned with APAC business priorities.
- Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leadership on messaging and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage end-to-end internal communication initiatives to drive employee engagement and organizational alignment.
- Lead regional external PR efforts, including media relations, press releases, and industry event positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and global corporate affairs teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Create and curate high-quality content for various channels, including digital, social media, and executive briefings.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage crisis communications and mitigate reputational risks within the APAC region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications or PR, preferably within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of the APAC media landscape and cultural nuances.
- Proven experience in executing digital-first communication strategies.
- Fluency in English (additional APAC languages are a strong asset).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a matrixed, global organization.
