Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all assigned properties in the Bingin area
  • Lead, train, and motivate property staff to achieve service excellence
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local laws
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare monthly financial reports
  • Coordinate with owners, vendors, and third‑party service providers
  • Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and drive positive reviews
  • Conduct regular property inspections and initiate maintenance or refurbishment projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in property or hotel management, preferably in Bali
  • Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational performance
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Bali tourism market and local hospitality trends
  • Proficiency with property management software and MS Office suite
