Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all assigned properties in the Bingin area
- Lead, train, and motivate property staff to achieve service excellence
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local laws
- Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with owners, vendors, and thirdâparty service providers
- Handle guest relations, resolve complaints, and drive positive reviews
- Conduct regular property inspections and initiate maintenance or refurbishment projects
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in property or hotel management, preferably in Bali
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational performance
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fastâpaced environment
- Knowledge of the Bali tourism market and local hospitality trends
- Proficiency with property management software and MS Office suite
