Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple PICKUP COFFEE branches across Batangas, Nasugbu, and Calapan to ensure peak performance and consistency.
- Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the assigned area, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and aggressively control operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional growth.
- Maintain strict adherence to Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards across all locations through regular inspections.
- Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness in the South region.
- Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews, providing actionable feedback to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management and minimize product wastage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in a multi-unit management role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Proven ability to analyze financial reports and drive profitability through data-driven strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of coaching successful, high-energy teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively between assigned locations in Batangas, Nasugbu, and Calapan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and customers at all levels.
- High level of adaptability and resilience, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
