Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Manage and monitor the daily performance of multiple retail outlets within the Jakarta region, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Analyze sales data, store KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and potential areas for improvement.
- Lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to Store Managers to elevate team performance and service quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure visual merchandising compliance, stock availability, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance culture by implementing effective sales training and incentive programs.
- Prepare regular analytical reports for senior management regarding regional performance and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-site retail management or area management role (optical retail experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable sales insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Jakarta region as required by the business.
