Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all social platforms.
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, SEM, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content for various digital assets.
- Manage the digital content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of communications across web, social media, and CRM channels.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage given our brand heritage.
- Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
- Creative thinker with a strong grasp of current social media trends and content production standards.
