Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the administrative operations of the College of Computing and Data Science.
- Develop, implement, and review administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee financial management including budget planning, expenditure monitoring, and procurement.
- Coordinate major events, conferences, workshops, and ceremonial functions.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, promoting professional development.
- Collaborate with academic departments and central administration to align operations with university goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in administrative management, preferably in a university or research institution.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and procurement processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
