Responsibilities
- Manage and execute exhibition projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery
- Contribute to sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities and preparing proposals
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the exhibitions and events industry
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards for all projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative event concepts and solutions
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account service, preferably in exhibitions and events
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build client relationships
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of the exhibitions and events industry, including current trends and best practices
