Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for clinical support functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement within clinical operations.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions, particularly relating to healthcare projects.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets, providing actionable insights into clinical performance and financial health.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex financial and operational data clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams and operational managers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored financial support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall financial integrity of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analytics.
- Proven experience with data analytics and financial reporting, preferably within the healthcare sector or a related clinical environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling) is essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
