Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies to promote Thomson Hospitals and Thomson Fertility services in target overseas markets.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, tailored to international audiences.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with international healthcare intermediaries, embassies, and medical tourism agencies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for patient acquisition and brand expansion.
  • Coordinate participation in international medical exhibitions, conferences, and trade missions.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and case studies, that resonate with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, patient inquiries, and conversion metrics to optimize ROI.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to enhance credibility and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical tourism.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple countries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
