Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report on web traffic and user behavior to optimize website performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing on marketing assets to improve conversion rates and customer journey experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing communication strategies with data-driven insights.
- Perform deep-dive analysis into customer demographics and digital interaction patterns to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all digital tracking platforms (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
- Present actionable insights and monthly performance reports to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in web analytics or performance marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and user experience (UX) metrics.
- Excellent data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
