Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to increase mall footfall and tenant sales.
- Collaborate closely with retail tenants to curate and launch engaging joint promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end event planning process, from conceptualization to post-event performance analysis.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, creative agencies, and internal operations teams.
- Oversee digital and offline marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign ROI and implement data-driven improvements for future marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, mall management, or brand communications.
- Proven track record in event management and executing collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
