Responsibilities
- Lead planning, development, and execution of brand and digital campaigns across social, website, email, and paid/organic channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to translate brand strategy into compelling assets and narratives.
- Manage content calendar and editorial planning; ensure timely, consistent, and on‑brand communications.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Support media relations, draft press materials, and coordinate with agencies and partners.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships; mentor junior team members.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure quality across all channels and platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand and digital communications with a strong campaign portfolio.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights) and basic familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate adaptability; Singapore work authorization preferred.
