Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategies to enhance institutional visibility.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital campaigns, including content planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Lead website optimization initiatives to drive traffic, user engagement, and conversion growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated communications projects.
- Monitor social media and digital trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, newsletters, and digital content.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize future marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, digital communications, or agency-side marketing.
- Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and driving website growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar marketing tracking tools.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with exceptional copywriting skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders and project teams.
- Experience in the education sector or public sector environment is highly advantageous.
