Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for cosmetics and skincare lines, from concept to commercialization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to identify gaps and opportunities in the beauty market.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for new product launches.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio by monitoring SKU performance and recommending enhancements or rationalization.
- Oversee the design and production of product packaging, ensuring alignment with brand identity and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on product sales performance, marketing budget utilization, and overall ROI.
- Coordinate with sales and retail teams to ensure effective in-store execution and product education.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Brand Management or Product Development, specifically within Cosmetics, Skincare, or FMCG.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the Philippines beauty market landscape and consumer preferences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
