Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion targets.
- Conduct rigorous market intelligence gathering and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish new sales channels and strategic partnerships to broaden market reach.
- Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with evolving customer requirements.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and data-driven presentations for senior management.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or channel management within the engineering or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the Singaporean and regional engineering landscape.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
