KK Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to join our team at the Prima Setapak (PST2) outlet. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Ensure the highest standards of store cleanliness, product display, and shelf availability are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment orders, and perform regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Train and mentor new staff members on company policies, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations within the outlet.
Qualifications
- Possess at least an SPM, STPM, Diploma, or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, convenience store, or food & beverage industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
