In this role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure the highest standards of store cleanliness, product display, and shelf availability are maintained at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment orders, and perform regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on company policies, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations within the outlet.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least an SPM, STPM, Diploma, or any equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, convenience store, or food & beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
