Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify key market opportunities and optimize product visibility on retail shelves.
- Design, procure, and manage the distribution of high-impact point-of-sale (POS) materials and in-store displays.
- Analyze sales data and campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and promotional collaterals.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit merchandising standards and monitor competitor activities.
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in budget planning and expense control for regional activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG, or Retail environments.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and the sales funnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel to various retail outlets, trade shows, and client sites as required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
