Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight for clinical operations, ensuring all processes align with organizational goals and client service-level agreements.
- Manage and mentor high-performing clinical teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement clinical protocols that adhere to international healthcare standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead large-scale operational initiatives, from project planning to full-cycle execution and post-launch evaluation.
- Ensure seamless communication and reporting between clinical operations, account management, and external healthcare partners.
- Oversee quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of care and operational compliance within the facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related clinical/healthcare field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, and health insurance/payer processes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on talent development, change management, and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in healthcare data reporting and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
