Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational workflows for the AI Venture Lab, ensuring seamless execution of all research and incubation programs.
- Manage the venture pipeline, from initial screening of AI startups to ongoing mentorship support and performance tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between INSEAD faculty, researchers, industry partners, and the venture capital community.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to streamline resource allocation, budget management, and reporting cycles.
- Organize high-impact events, seminars, and pitch sessions to elevate the visibility of the AI Venture Lab.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for research output and venture progress, reporting regularly to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal academic standards and institutional governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in operations, venture capital, startup incubation, or innovation management.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects within an academic or professional services environment.
- Deep interest in and understanding of the AI landscape and its potential for business transformation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and operational process improvement.
