In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to senior management and support the smooth functioning of the Patient Support Centre. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of patient support activities and administrative projects within the Centre.
- Prepare, format, and distribute internal and external documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
- Organize and maintain confidential records, filing systems, and databases to ensure easy access to information.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are followed up.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O/L or A/L qualifications; a relevant certification in Business Administration is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
