Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate patient information records in the centralized management system.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure timely and precise data entry and reporting.
- Perform regular audits of database records to ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security policies.
- Support the team in resolving operational discrepancies related to patient billing or registration information.
- Assist in the generation of periodic operational reports for management review.
- Participate in system upgrade training and implementation of new administrative processes.
- Liaise between front-line staff and IT support to troubleshoot data management issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or healthcare data management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with both medical and non-medical professionals.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, specifically regarding sensitive patient data (PDPA compliance).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving.
- Prior experience in public healthcare or a clinical setting is highly advantageous.
