In this critical role, you'll be the operational linchpin, ensuring our deals are perfectly executed and our reservation platform runs seamlessly. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and our Merchant partners to drive efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational owner for the Dine Out Deals and Reservations product lines, ensuring flawless execution from deal creation to redemption.
  • Manage end-to-end deal listing lifecycle: merchant onboarding, menu and detail verification, pricing accuracy, offer scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Serve as the go-to troubleshooter for operational escalations from merchants and users, resolving issues with speed and empathy.
  • Partner closely with Account Management and Sales teams to onboard new merchants and roll out strategic promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational playbooks to drive consistency and scalability across markets.
  • Analyze operational data and key metrics (e.g., redemption rates, booking fulfillment) to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate user feedback and identify features that enhance the operational backend.
  • Support the planning and execution of large-scale marketing events and seasonal campaigns, coordinating cross-functional timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an operations, account management, or project coordination role, ideally within an e-commerce, marketplace, or F&B tech environment.
  • A structured problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail and a 'process improvement' mindset.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple moving parts and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); experience with SQL or BI tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and seniority levels.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership; a self-starter who proactively identifies and drives solutions.
