Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated ATL and social media strategies to increase brand reach and engagement.
- Manage and curate content across multiple social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Optimize paid and organic social campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact visuals and copy for marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Liaise with external vendors and media partners to manage advertising placements and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in ATL marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in social media analytics tools and digital advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into simple, strategic plans.
- Resident of or willing to work in Pantoc, Bulacan.
