Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join our production team in Kabupaten Bogor, West Java. As a Baker, you will play a key role in preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries, ensuring consistency, quality, and taste. Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards
- Mix, knead, shape, and proof doughs using proper techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect results
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for freshness and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following hygiene and safety protocols
- Assist in inventory management, including storage of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or food production environment (or equivalent training)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and recipe execution
- Ability to work early morning or flexible shifts as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production setting
