The Municipal Government of Baliuag, Bulacan is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Barangay Health Aide to serve in the Ilocos Region. As a frontline healthcare worker within the community, you will play a vital role in promoting public health, providing basic medical assistance, and supporting the Barangay Health Center in delivering accessible and quality health services to residents.

Responsibilities
- Provide basic first aid and routine health care services to barangay residents
- Assist in conducting health assessments, screenings, and immunization drives
- Support the Barangay Health Center in maintaining patient records and health data
- Conduct home visits to monitor pregnant women, infants, elderly, and persons with chronic conditions
- Educate the community on hygiene, nutrition, family planning, and disease prevention
- Distribute health supplies, medicines, and informational materials as directed
- Assist in organizing and facilitating health seminars, community assemblies, and outreach programs
- Report health concerns and emergency situations to supervising health personnel
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate (preferably with health-related certifications or training)
- Training or experience as a barangay health worker (BHW) is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of public health principles and community health programs
- Physically and mentally fit to perform field and clinic duties
- Resident of the Ilocos Region or willing to relocate
