In this role, you will be more than just a therapist; you will be a brand ambassador and skincare consultant. You will work with premium, branded skincare products to provide bespoke treatments that cater to the unique needs of our clientele. We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, including a stable basic salary of $2,100, supplemented by generous commission and incentive schemes. Most of our therapists comfortably achieve a gross income of $3,500 or more monthly.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional skin analysis and provide customized treatment recommendations for clients.
- Deliver high-quality facial treatments and skincare procedures following brand protocols and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and promote the sale of branded retail products.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly personal and outlet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and the overall boutique environment.
- Handle client inquiries, manage appointment bookings, and process payments accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products and treatment techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably within a branded or luxury environment.
- Professional certification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs within the beauty or retail industry.
- Professional grooming and a passion for the skincare and wellness industry.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work well in a team-based environment.
- Fluency in English is required; ability to speak a second language is a plus for international clientele.
