Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate billing records and invoices for all transactions
- Verify billing information and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
- Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems for billing documents and receipts
- Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding billing inquiries
- Assist in monitoring payment statuses and following up on outstanding invoices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; higher education in accounting or finance is an advantage
- Previous experience in billing, data entry, or administrative support roles is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
