Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices and credit notes to clients on a daily/weekly basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments promptly.
- Reconcile complex billing discrepancies and manage dispute resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer billing information and contracts in the system.
- Generate monthly billing reports and analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a billing or accounts receivable role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with SAP is a plus).
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
