Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget variance analyses.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Handle payroll computation, disbursement, and remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and taxes (BIR).
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of customs entries, billings, and other trade documentation.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing files, answering calls, and ordering office supplies.
  • Coordinate with banks, external accountants, and government agencies for compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of solid bookkeeping and/or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or import/export operations.
