PT Mastering Prima Abadi is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive BPOM & Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and product portfolio strictly adhere to the standards set by the Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) and other relevant governing bodies. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product registration process through the BPOM e-registration system (e-reg).
- Ensure all product labeling and marketing materials comply with BPOM regulations and Indonesian consumer protection laws.
- Coordinate with internal departments to compile technical documentation, including COA, MSDS, and manufacturing flowcharts.
- Oversee and maintain Halal certification processes (BPJPH/MUI) for all relevant product lines.
- Act as the official representative for the company during government audits and inspections.
- Monitor and report on changes in local and international regulations that impact the manufacturing and logistics industry.
- Conduct periodic internal compliance audits to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks.
- Maintain an organized database of all permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals to ensure timely renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, specifically handling BPOM registrations.
- In-depth knowledge of BPOM regulations, Halal certification (HAS 23000), and SNI standards.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with government officials.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory software tools.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
