Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Manage end-to-end marketing communication activities including ideation, planning, implementation, and performance tracking
- Oversee marketing communication budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and media partners to ensure campaign success
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Prepare detailed campaign reports with actionable recommendations for future initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or marketing communications roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging trends
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English
