Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
- Oversee the consistent implementation of branding guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Manage and coordinate brand campaigns, including digital, traditional, and retail activations.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align brand messaging with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Mentor and supervise junior marketing staff to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
- Manage brand budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI on marketing investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of executing successful brand campaigns and managing brand guidelines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media trends, and content creation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
