PT Dana Purna Investama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance for our property portfolio in Bandung. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building facilities.
  • Manage relationships with tenants, ensuring high satisfaction levels and quick resolution of complaints.
  • Supervise third-party vendors and contractors, including security, cleaning, and maintenance services.
  • Monitor and enforce building safety, security, and fire protocols in accordance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Manage building operational budgets, including utility costs and maintenance expenditures.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on building performance, occupancy rates, and operational costs for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building management or property operations.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
  • Strong leadership abilities and capacity to manage operational teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance situations effectively.
